Things To Do

The Dene is always great for a walk, whatever the British weather may offer! But we hold regular events, such as the plant stall on Armstrong Bridge on the Third Saturday every month and the Dene hosts one-off events, which vary from guided walks to bird watching to open-air theatre productions. Please take a look on the events calendar.

You are most welcome to join us at the Friends of Jesmond Dene’s annual AGM, held at 2pm on 12th May in the Visitor Centre, Red Walk, Jesmond Dene.
